If you have a history of not paying for usage, you will not be considered a Patron member but will continue to have access to Powerups. You will continue to be asked to pay and provide feedback each month with the hope that if your feedback is addressed, you could be motivated to become a Patron in the future.
My philosophy is "more carrot, less stick." If Powerups abuse becomes an issue, over time I may need to take action to limit or revoke access to Powerups. However, you would be warned if this were to happen so you could have the opportunity to put your account back in good standing.
