Sync with Origin, Uplay, GOGGalaxy, Battle.net etc
Rather than solely Steam.
GOG importing is available now. Xbox (Gamepass, etc.) is likely to be up next!

Update: You can now technically import games from anywhere using the new Bulk Import Powerup:
It's still manual, there is no automatic integration yet for these providers, so there's still work to be done here but at least you can get games in no matter where they come from.

I would like to also request Amazon/Twitch games as well as Epic. I've claimed so many free ones and I know I've already paid for some on Steam that I already had.
Would love to have this platform help me to not accidentally spend money for these ones that I already own. -

GOG Galaxy and Playnite are both pc programs that are universal game launchers that auto-import your games from all the launchers on your computer, maybe you could look at how they're doing it (some require you to login and give access which makes it seem like it's an API thing). Maybe even see if there's a way to just tie in with Playnite and auto-sync playnite's game list to web from the application (it looks like it has support for extensions/scripts). Or maybe make a small standalone desktop application to do something similar if there's no web-only way with APIs or public profiles.

Any update on that feature?

Has this idea been abandoned or is it being worked on?

I saw that recently, I was also looking for any APIs that they might have but still no luck. However, it could be possible (but super fragile) to read the games list from a public profile page.

GOG introduced profiles!!! If your privacy setting is public, It is now possible to see all owned games.

Well, actually I thought this was the main value proposition for keeptrackofmygames.
Achivements and social on top. You could think about web crawling the web interfaces, or give the users another easy way to import buld game data (not jsut csv).
Maybe I look in the code, actually, i cannot see it on github. I guess you have alot to do with pluralsight right now.
Are there alternatives to KTOMG in the wild, if not, you could give it another shot.

Please add GOG.com sync too!

Is there an ETA for this feature? I feel it's really hard to manually add everything, and by the time I'm partially through I want to give up on it.

E.g. Origin, Uplay, Epic Launcher, Battle.net, Windows Store... There are a few games that are other store exclusives so they don't show up in my Steam library, would be nice if they were kept in sync, too.

I would hate to force people to type in all their games but that's not a bad idea. I could add a Text import feature (or comma-separated). I have part of this done due to the Steam review process, I would just need to build the UI for you to review the search results and make sure things were linked correctly.

What other websites do is that you list your owned games as list, copy the text manually and paste into a textfield, one game for line. Then it is parsed and searched in the database.

games.directory was syncing Steam, PSN, and Xbox with just the username, if I recall correctly. Unfortunately, the site appears to be down now. It looks like his code is in github, though.

It should be possible to import owned games from other sources than just Steam - GOG, for example.
