Exclude the words "A", "An", and "The" from use when sorting in alphabetical order
The alphabetical sorting option uses the words "A", "An", and "The" to sort, but they should be excluded.
Example 1: "The Blackwell Convergence" currently sorts under "T" because of "The" but should sort under "B" for "Blackwell"
Example 2: "A Musical Story" currently sorts under "A" but should sort under "M"
Etc....
