I want to be able to track DLC
I want to be able to track DLC for a game, like Destiny. DLC has release dates so I should be able to get notified about that.
DLC, expansions, etc. are now available in IGDB and are treated like any other game where you can follow and get release updates. More work needs to be done to display them better on the site, but that will come later.

Take The Sims for example. I've played every single one and almost all of the Expansions. Even though I've played them, I really don't want them clogging the My Games list, considering they're small extras.
This goes for other games with many DLCs like Borderlands, Fallout (Both of which i'm unable to search for any DLC, btw).
What really matters is the base game I've played, and any DLC/Expansions I've finished should appear contextualized to the base game in my list, but still visible, of course.
This would prevent having your list being confusing, hard to navigate and way bigger than it should be, specially considering the current number of order filter options.
My suggestion would be to have DLCs/Expansions marked as such (like an extra icon using the current icon set your using for want/played/playing, for example), so that when they appear on your list, you can have an option to "Show DLC" or not.
It would be hard to achieve this, considering the current structure for your lists your using (which is more like a grid, than a list, imo), but if you selected "Show DLC", it would be interesting to have them appear next to the base game, in a modal window, or as a dropdown menu, for example.
This would allow people to quickly see how many of the DLCs for a game they have and have completed. What's the point of having Old World Blues for Fallout on my list if it's nowhere near the base game on the list?
Lastly, considering the size of every node on your list/grid and it's unused space, you can use this space to indicate if the game as DLCs, and if you have any and have finished.
All of this would allow for users that actually want to have every single DLC to show in their list, and users that just want to have them linked to the base game to have the option that suits their needs.
