Sort search results by release date
As a gamer, I want to sort search results by release date, so that I can easily add either the newest games or oldest matching games to my list.
Example: I am interested in upcoming Mario games but I don't know their exact name(s), so I want to search for "Mario" and sort by newest date.

960px is a bit wide
I never browse in full screen, so 960px seems a bit excessive especially since you don't have enough content to actually fill that width. You should narrow it so that the evil horizontal scrollbar isn't needlessly summoned.

Some Indiscriminate Idea-Pitching
Things that would be awesome:
(1) Different buckets in my library. I'd love to be able to distinguish between games I own and games I want to own. Or games I've finished versus games I'm playing.
(2) A list of "related games." (People who've wished for/played/finished this game also enjoyed...) I know that's a ton of coding, but it'd be sweet.
(3) A social component. EVERYTHING is social these days and that's frankly getting obnoxious, but KToMG is a natural fit for a social model where you can see what all your friends are playing. It's like Steam, but…

Improve search relevancy
When I search for "Shadow of Mordor" I should get an exact match right at the top of the list. Instead I have to wade through Call of Duty games. Something is wrong with the search relevancy and I would like it fixed.

Beta/Early Access Games
There should be a setting like "played in beta/early access"
3 votesIn the June update you can now add private notes to a game or you can also add a public description that is free-form text where you can note this down. You could also create a “Early Access” tag to tag games you’ve played in EA, and these are also public if you allow tags in your lists.

Display Account Lists Publicly
I've only been on the site a couple days and I'm in love with it - it fits that specific need for a well done catalog site for games I've been wanting for a while.
My only issue with the site currently is that there's no way to show a list or account publicly. Being able to link my profile is nice, but I'd like to link people my full game list in detail or link just my active game list, for example. Clicking on a list link when not logged in currently gives a Page Not Found error page.

Missing games on KTOMG which are available on Giant Bomb
The game Fine Sweeper is available at Giant Bomb (https://www.giantbomb.com/fine-sweeper/3030-60215/) but does not show up at KTOMG... how can this problem be solved?

Show other games in the franchise
When I'm looking at a game, I would like a quick way to browse to other games within the franchise

Adding games that are not in the system by users.
Because some indie games i do not find . Like Defenders of Tetsoidea II
3 votesThanks for the suggestion. We are powered by GiantBomb which is a community wiki database. If there’s a game you’d like to see on the platform, you can add it at GiantBomb.com and when approved it will be on the site within 15 minutes. Closing since this is completed.

Email links should support https
Any time I get an email from KTOMG all the links (most notably the link back to the game's page) are in the form of
http://url211.keeptrackofmygames.com/wf/click?upn=<giant-payload>. I understand the desire to track email clicks, that's fine, but the rest of keeptrackofmygames.com supports https, the tracking urls through url211.keeptrackofmygames.com should support it as well.I have my browsers set up to explicitly block unencrypted requests, so it's frustrating that every aspect of your website works under that restriction except links in notification emails.
3 votesShould be fixed now. I just disabled click tracking as I don’t honestly use it and I’d prefer respecting your privacy vs. not. The only semi-important one is Open tracking.

Be able to sort games by console
I would like to be able to pick which console I own or played a game on and then be able to sort by that console

Add a section to report missing games
Example: As of right now i can't find games from the soul calibur saga, so a section just as this one but to report missing games from the database

Completed games list
I would like to have list of Completed/Finished games. There are some games that I've played, sometimes a lot, but i never finished them (didn't beat the final boss etc.).
3 votesThis is now complete, you can use the Beaten, Completed, and Mastered statuses to differentiate between degrees of completion.

Add VR platforms
HTC Vive, Oculus, PSVR and even Samsung Gear VR. There are exclusives for each platform, a lot of releases coming and I would love to see what everyone else is playing, too.
2 votesIf the platforms are added to GiantBomb, they should start showing up on the site as long as the games have the right data. Closing this as it’s not part of KTOMG to add platforms.

Filter my own games by release date (year)
I'd like to be able to look back at my games by release year. You can currently sort them by release and manually look through the games but this would be a nice additions

Reorder games on a list
For any list (besides all games) I should be able to reorder games and have the option to sort by that
