I'd say it's very popular. By and large, the site already focuses on doing most of the "heavy lifting" of collection management for you. Once I saw the suggested tags *and* series/franchise sections, I was in love.
Add integration with the major game stores/networks, and it would be pretty much perfect.

In addition the ability to add games from Origin, Uplay, Beamdog, Humble Bundle, GoG, etc. would make this service indispendable - I'd pay for it.
