   We’ll investigate some ways this could be achieved, right now all game data is synced from GiantBomb so adding custom images isn’t something we’re looking to add quite yet—but it may be possible to allow you to choose from available box art already on GiantBomb.

   I was envisioning a way to simply hide these games from your list (but still restore them if needed) vs. just creating a separate list.
