This should probably be included within the Progress reporting feature, to mark a game as having no real “progress” per se.

Completed: GOG, Xbox, PSN, and Steam.
Other providers will be added in the future but there is a way to do it today using the Bulk Import Powerup. This lets you upload a spreadsheet to import, which you could bring from other apps or platforms. This feature is currently in Early Access for paid members.
As for when these other providers will be added, there is some work needed to streamline and simplify Powerups in general so that it makes it easier to connect your different accounts separate from importing. That work is going on right now.

I’ll do you one better, the planned functionality is to automatically sync achievements across Steam, Microsoft, and Sony systems using their services. I haven’t looked but it may be possible to take in achievements from GiantBomb too, which would provide an “official” way to add achievements to games that don’t expose any.

I agree with lloyd094 on this one, I think we need a status that means that we own the game but have just never played it before. I have so many games from Humble Bundle that I have redeemed on Steam for example, and yet I know I may not want to play it as of yet and so therefore it could sit as Unplayed because I have decided that I do not want to play it. If I then want to play it in the future, I could then simply change it's status to Active or something.
