List/Table view
It would be great to have a more compact way of displaying your collection. Even the compact view is too bulky at the moment and it gets too difficult to use if you have thousands of games in your collection (every tile takes several lines).
It would be great to have a table view where every game takes exactly one line. All the information (tags, platforms, etc...) can be shown in separate columns. (similarly to GOG Galaxy, for example)

More robust ownership across services
Basically, I'm looking to have this specific data structure when it comes to ownership of the games:

RSS Feed for Lists
On all my other media tracking websites (Letterboxd, GoodReads, Trakt, etc), I can get an RSS feed that posts an update when I finish watching/reading something. I'd love something similar for my KTOMG profile.

Notes should be visible and editable on the game detail page, not the list page
The interface for adding/editing and viewing notes should be in the game detail page, not the list page.
It makes more sense to be able to add and edit notes in the detail page, where all other edits are done.
It doesn't work well having the full text of the note displayed on the list page, as it messes up the display of the list quite badly. It should be optional to hide the notes in the list page, or alternatively the interface could display just a one line of text from the note.
As notes can be usefully quite…
3 votesThanks for the feedback! This is definitely planned as the game details page as it stands now won't exist when I rewrite that area, it will all be much more integrated into the list editing interface. You'll still be able to get to the game details but more will be available inline without leaving the context of your lists/collections. That includes a much better better "full view".

More info on cross-play
For cross-play, show the users if it's available and from which to which platform. Of course, allow filtering based on this too.

Track price I paid for my games
I want to be able to track the price I paid for a game and see a summary similar to the left navigation badge showing game counts. This could go hand-in-hand with collection valuation too.

Clan support as part of social network setup
Would be nice to be able to have a clan setup that allows us enroll members so we can track who is playing which game, and have their associated guild tags or contact information available.
The clan members contact info should be visible only for other clan members.
We have a long established online guild (22 years now) and have always had an issue maintaining communication outside of ventrilo or teamspeak style avenues. This website could bridge that possibly.
3 votesAwesome idea, once social update is stable and things seem to work we will definitely explore this.

Allow Lastpass plugin to store account names and passwords for games in our gaming list
I currently have a workaround right now where I am using this site to store my account names and passwords via LastPass off each individual game page currently, but would be amazing to be able to store this information secured and locally, while referencing our games list online.
3 votesWill need to explore ability to sync with external provider like LastPass but saving game secrets on KTOMG is very doable.

Display estimated value of my games / collections / lists
I have a lot of games, and every once in while I like to trade or sell some of the titles I haven't played in a while. Often this can mean me selling off an entire console and all the games that I have for it. I would be useful if you could integrate with ebay or some other source to come up with an estimated asking price for each game so I could easily see what a fair value for my games / groups of games is.
3 votesWould love to do this, will depend on integrating with some external system like Amazon to get current prices (New and Used)

Automatically sort by console when searching for new game
Would be nice if you could specify which consoles you own so that When you search for a new game, it would show you games for your consoles first. This would greatly improve relevance of top search results. Bonus points for "console wish list", "own but don't play any more" and "used to own" to display after your current consoles but before other consoles.

Import playtime (and achievements) from PSN
It would be great if KTOMG could import the actual playtime data from PSN when syncing.
It would be even better to get the achievements as well, although I realise that's a much bigger change...
2 votesThis has been started and will be available in the next update that brings full playthrough and playtime tracking.

Leaderboards
Make a ranking based on most owned games, rising games, DLC, etc.
2 votesLeaderboards would be neat, I’d have to consider how to do them effectively (like a League-style weekly/monthly thing, all-time, etc.).

Differentiate between demos and full games
If I played a game's demo, it doesn't mean I own that game, but they'll come when I sync my account anyway. Also, some games release demos before the full game (i.e. Resident Evil 7), and I would like to see the release date for both. I would also like to know if the games on my wishlist have demos available, so I can try before I buy.
2 votesThis is probably a good idea, there’s no way to know from the Steam data that comes back but I can try to figure something out

Option to remove the #from-service tag permanently.
It would be helpful to completely remove this tag, especially for players who are only utilizing one system.
2 votesThis is planned as tags starting with hashtags will be treated as private/hidden tags that won't be shown on summary cards (but can still be managed through dropdowns/select boxes, etc.). Furthermore, service tags like this will likely be replaced with a more formal metadata property soon which won't require the use of tags. Currently they are there to make it easier to create lists per service using the "Auto-include tags" feature.

Ignore "The" "A", etc from game titles
Would be helpful for finding titles instead of them all falling into one "group"
2 votesGreat idea, makes sense, I will add this to the roadmap. Thanks!

A Stopwatch inside KTOMG
When i play a game, i open a stopwatch app on my phone to track my play session. It would be cool if you could somehow integrate a stopwatch into the website, so that it 1. tracks the time i played this session and automatically adds it to the playtime, and 2. i dont have to open multiple websites to keep track.
Basically, instead of typing in the time manually after i played, the website could start a stopwatch when i press on track playtime and when i stop it it automatically adds the time and date.
1 voteA session timer is definitely planned but not on the roadmap quite yet.
I might also explore letting you "mark time" as well for speed running, which would record the timestamps.
For some platforms, like Xbox and Steam, the roadmap includes automatic session detection and in those cases you may not even need a timer.
